Birthday Party

There were no new renovations done on the weekend.  I thought I would share a birthday cake I made though.  It is a purple dragon for a sweet little girl named Ceilidh who turned 2 on Saturday.  At the moment she loves dragons and loves the colour purple.  She thought this was the coolest thing ever.

I had a lot of fun making this cake, it is the second dragon I have made this year so the designing of it was quite easy.  Much of the joy has left me when making cakes lately, I'm glad this one brought the passion back.
